NEW Permit Training (Link) SWRCB Order 2009-0009-DWQ adopted September 2, 2009 reissued General Construction Permit CAS000002. The requirements become effective July 1, 2010. QSD training (24 hours) is required for SWPPP developers. QSP training(16 hours) is required for SWPPP implementers. JCG Consulting has a Trainer of Record on board to help you comply.
