STORM WATER
JCG Consulting staff have over 13 years experience in assisting clients to comply with NPDES stormwater permit requirements. JCG Consulting offers Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) development and review, monitoring and inspections, documentation and training services for Construction, Municipal and Industrial storm water permits. Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) and Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) and Trainer of Record (TOR) under the State water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Order No. 2009-0009-DWQ, through the California Storm Water Quality Association (CASQA). Approved Trainer for Certified Professionals in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) though Envirocert international Inc. SWPPP template developer, contract special provisions developer, Construction Site Monitoring Program (CSMP) guidance developer, Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP) developer, turbidity and pH meter analysis and reporting to the Water Board Storm Water Mulitple Application Reporting and Tracking System (SMARTS) database, LRP, approved signatory, and data submitter, sediment and receiving water risk assessment assistance.

With over 13 years experience working with the Navy on hazardous waste cleanup sites, JCG Consulting offers expertise in identifying and evaluating regulations that address remedial investigation (RI) and feasibility studies (FS) under CERCLA. ARARs are identified in RI reports, Feasibility Study Reports, Proposed Plans (PP), Engineering Evaluations and Cost Analysis (EE/CA) reports, Action Memoranda (AM),a nd Records of Decision (ROD).
